SENIOR MANAGER As a licensed general contractor David is the founder of the successful twenty-year-old home repair company, Midway Maintenance, Inc. Under his direction, David’s extensive staff specializes in providing professional property maintenance and rehabilitation services to the REO, banking, mortgage and foreclosure industries throughout Florida. Truly a man who positions himself at the right place at the right time, David has taken the REO market by storm. Midway Maintenance has an exclusive government contract to handle property management and preservation for all of central Florida’s Freddie Mac properties. In addition his other clients include JP Morgan Chase, EMC and a multitude of banking and real estate brokerages. As a private investor David has bought and sold hundreds of homes, lots, acreage and commercial properties which his company continues to manage. Ike Duren SENIOR MANAGER Mr. Duren has a broad range of business experience and many successful entrepreneurial ventures to his credit. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman and Broker, and holds a Florida Contractor’s license. Currently, Mr. Duren owns and operates several ongoing businesses including Bluewater Realty of Bay County, The Soap Opera Laundry and Cleaners, Trader Ike’s Beach Store and The Cleaning Guy’s Carpet Cleaners. Additionally, Mr. Duren, with his wife Alisa, owns and operates Panama City Beach Cheer Camps and Panama City Beach Dance Camps. These current business ventures are profitable and prosperous due to over 30 years hands-on sales, marketing and public relations efforts. Three-plus decades through all types of economic conditions and the advent, boom, bust and resurgence of the Internet age have honed Mr. Duren’s business acumen and marketing skills to a high level of polish. Mr. Duren personally oversees day-to-day operations, acts as Chief Strategist and offers insightful input to all PMG projects as a Senior Manager. Joe Cornett GENERAL MANAGER Joe is a third generation Florida real estate professional. His grandfather, Judge George Cornett, was a prolific real estate investor in North Georgia and in Panhandle Florida during the 1950’s and 1960’s. Joe’s father, Joe Cornett Sr., following military service, came to the Florida Panhandle in 1954 and opened his first real estate office soon thereafter. Joe Sr. was granted permission to aerially photograph a large portion of Panama City Beach and subdivide it; designating roads-even naming dozens of them. He designed and built some of the first high-rise condominiums along Panama City Beach and following his death, his real estate development and brokerage business continued on for many years. Joe was involved in the family business in marketing and property management until it sold. He continues to work in property management with Messrs. Fields and Duren, senior managers here at PMG. Mr. Cornett has worked in radio, the yellow pages and outdoor advertising. Additionally, he has owned a successful ad agency, Essex Group Multi-Media. He offers expertise in sales, ad copy writing, print design, and event promotion. Mr. Cornett has also owned several small businesses including Silver Sands Beach Service, Surfside Suds and Flamingo Cleaners in Panama city Beach, Florida. At PMG, Mr. Cornett heads the sales and marketing efforts and produces our auction events. Danica Joan Fields CREATIVE DIRECTOR Danica’s background in media production spans 20 years. She started her career as a producer/scriptwriter of the nationally award-winning adventure travel show, Outdoor News Network which aired on TNN and various worldwide syndicates. That led to other shows which include World of Horses, Outdoors Across America and the pre-teen show, Petsville USA. In 1996, led by a heart for teaching children, Danica co-created a children’s show for PBS called Whiskers’ Outdoor World. As a multifaceted creative, Danica holds degrees in Web Design, a BFA in Digital Design and a M.Ed in Instructional Technology. She is a member of the Advertising Federation and has won Addys for her print and video work with Florida Baptist Children’s Homes, and web commercials for clients such as BIC USA, Colliers Intl and University of Phoenix. Her more recent endeavors have been as an adjunct instructor at Southwest Florida College for graphic design. She has also brought her skills to the elementary set teaching art and television production in the public schools. Heather Duperron ART DIRECTOR Heather Duperron is a creative personality at Prime Marketing Group. As art director, she prides herself on her ability to impress clients with top notch design. Heather has developed her talent through many years of study at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Florida. While obtaining her Bachelors Degree at the Academy, she has also expanded her knowledge of the arts through constant practical use. Working as a freelance designer, and at two design firms, she has mastered the wide spectrum of graphical arts. She started the art department at Satellite ProLink, a auction marketing firm. This was her first major accomplishment in her career. When the outsourced artists missed multiple deadlines for the agency, she stepped in and created their in-house art department, never missing a deadline again. She moved on from that job to become the website designer at a full service design firm that specialized in branding and marketing new and existing businesses. Increasing the companies website sales by 25%, the switch expanded her creative reach to cover multi-media design as well. Heather Duperron brings one-stop-shopping for an entire marketing plan. Working best under pressure, she exceeds excellence by designing press-ready artwork in a blink of an eye, never missing a deadline. Don May LOGISTICS DIRECTOR Mr. May, a veteran of entrepreneurial business ownership, has more than 35 yeas business experience with mastery of all aspects in business management. Mr. May employs his administrative and managerial skills in coordinating the logistics in producing an on-site event. Among his responsibilities are setting up tents, stages, and lighting and sound equipment. He coordinates with vendors and exhibitors and ensures smooth event operations. Mr. May supervises vendor and exhibitor registration, credentialing, fee collection and maintains recordation of all event production efforts. Mr. May hires and supervises employees as may be necessary to accomplish PMG’s event logistics. As an added bonus, PMG benefits from Mr. May’s skill in online sales and viral advertising, such as E-Bay vending. Marie May OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Ms. May has more than 30 years experience in secretarial and office management, having worked for law enforcement agencies and attorneys performing high-level administrative duties. Ms. May is highly proficient in Internet commerce, and all office automation software and equipment. Ms. May is a master at scheduling and task management, and is the grease to PMG’s wheel. Ms. May coordinates with advertising entities, i.e. magazines, newspapers, t.v., radio and Internet ad services ensuring timely placement of ads and coordinates PMG’s internal communications, scheduling and collaboration to ensure cohesive, efficient operations. With their many years of business experience, talents and skills, the Mays provide PMG with invaluable guidance, insight and managerial abilities. |
